I have been in the New Home Industry for over 20 years. First as a carpenter where I learned new skills and developed a love for working out in the field. I later obtained my construction management degree and became a site manager for a large local home builder, where I was responsible for the construction of 60-80 new homes per year. After 20 years of working for other builders, I decided to start my own business, and to do a few things differently. I have chosen to remain a smaller operation with myself and just a few high quality carpenters. I believe in a hands on approach to construction management and you will see me personally working in the field with the trades. My goal with North Cove Builders was to build a company that builds homes of extremely high value, and with unmatched customer service. I have an exceptional team of experienced and qualified individuals that are committed to providing each client with a customized and enjoyable experience.
Elisha Foster – Plan Design Specialist
Whether you have fallen in love with one of our existing floor plans or are starting from scratch, I will guide you through the design process of customizing your new home to fit your needs(and dreams)! My focus is to help you create a functional design for your family’s lifestyle while incorporating your unique style and flair. Once we create the overall layout of your home plans we will add design elements and features to maximize its character, both inside and out! This is your DREAM home and I am here to help bring your plans and ideas to fruition!
Cindy Foster — Selection Specialist

Maybe it’s a warm and inviting family room with natural wood tones, making you feel calm and cozy all year round. Or perhaps, a modern and sleek kitchen with a pop or color to create that “wow” moment! I will walk you through the selection process of choosing the interior and exterior design finishes of your home. My objective is to bring a fun and organized experience to every design meeting, as we bring your home to life through colors, textures, and materials.
Jason Mills – Project Manager
As the Project Manager for North Cove Builders I am responsible for overseeing your new home construction from start to finish. I have over 20 years of experience in the home building industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Central Michigan University, and an Associates degree in Residential Construction. It is important for me to establish a good relationships with our trade partners to ensure that you are receiving the best products and services, while demanding the highest quality of workmanship from our sub-contractors, vendors, and construction team. My goal is to make the building process as stress free and enjoyable as possible to ensure that when you look back on your experience you are happy to have chosen North Cove Builders and feel confident in the construction of your new home!!
