Upfront and transparent pricing, from the very beginning.

Everyone dreaming about building a custom new home has the same question; “How much will it cost?” Don’t spend another day guessing! With our 1-hour initial consultation, you will receive a customized and itemized quote, along with an interactive pricing tool to help you plan and budget from home. No floor plans needed. Just bring your ideas!

2) SECURE A HOME SITE

Maybe you’ve already found the perfect property, but if not, we can help you with that too.

We have great relationships with local developers and a good knowledge of available properties in the area. Let us know what your ideal property looks like and we will pass along any available options. Think you’ve found the perfect site for your new home, or already own property? Call us at (616) 682-7422 to schedule a complimentary site assessment with our builder, where he can provide helpful input on the work and costs associated with preparing the property for a new home.

3) DESIGN YOUR CUSTOM HOMEPLAN

Building a custom new home means designing a home plan that fits YOUR specific wants and needs. We can customize any of our existing floor plans, or help you design your dream home from scratch. Check out some of our recent house plans for ideas and inspiration.

4) CHOOSE YOUR FINISHES & COLORS

Together with our expert designers, we will walk you through the process of choosing the interior and exterior finishes of your new home. With the flexibility to work with our trusted vendors or to choose a favorite of your own, the possibilities are endless, and you’ll be sure to find the perfect finishing touches for your new home!

5) CONSTRUCTION

Watch your dream home come to life.

Having our own exterior and interior carpentry crews enables us to maintain consistency with our quality and schedules. Throughout the construction process, we will meet with you onsite to during key parts of your project. In between your site visits, we have the tools and technologies in place to keep you informed on upcoming deadlines, on-site progress, schedules, photos and more!

6) AFTER YOU MOVE IN

Every new home includes a full 1 year warranty.

Move in with ease, knowing we also schedule a 30 day touch up appointment in order to take care of any dents or dings from the move in process.

Owner/Builder

I have been in the New Home Industry for over 20 years. First as a carpenter where I learned new skills and developed a love for working out in the field. I later obtained my construction management degree and became a site manager for a large local home builder, where I was responsible for the construction of 60-80 new homes per year. After 20 years of working for other builders, I decided to start my own business, and to do a few things differently. I have chosen to remain a smaller operation with myself and just a few high quality carpenters. I believe in a hands on approach to construction management and you will see me personally working in the field with the trades. My goal with North Cove Builders was to build a company that builds homes of extremely high value, and with unmatched customer service. I have an exceptional team of experienced and qualified individuals that are committed to providing each client with a customized and enjoyable experience.

Plan Design Specialist

Whether you have fallen in love with one of our existing floor plans or are starting from scratch, I will guide you through the design process of customizing your new home to fit your needs(and dreams)! My focus is to help you create a functional design for your family’s lifestyle while incorporating your unique style and flair. Once we create the overall layout of your home plans we will add design elements and features to maximize its character, both inside and out! This is your DREAM home and I am here to help bring your plans and ideas to fruition!

Maybe it’s a warm and inviting family room with natural wood tones, making you feel calm and cozy all year round. Or perhaps, a modern and sleek kitchen with a pop of color to create that “wow” moment! I will walk you through the selection process of choosing the interior and exterior design finishes of your home. My objective is to bring a fun and organized experience to every design meeting, as we bring your home to life through colors, textures, and materials.

Project Manager

The home building process is an exciting and rewarding experience. My role with North Cove Builders is to guide you through the construction of your new home after your design needs have been met. I do this by keeping clear and open lines of communication with you throughout the entire project. I also work with our team, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure your home is being built as close to on schedule as possible, and to our highest standards. Once your home is complete, I am confident you will look back on the experience and feel that North Cove Builders delivered from start to finish.
